What We Do
At Our Trees Our Future (OTOF), we work to improve rural household incomes and protect the environment by planting trees in Uganda. We plant fruit, nuts, timber, nutritional, and native trees alongside seasonal crops. This approach provides families with a steady income, helps pay for school fees, improves nutrition, and combats climate change.
Our Operating Regions
OTOF began pilot projects in rural communities even before formally establishing as a company without share capital (limited by guarantee) in August 2016. Currently, we are operational in Kayunga, Namatumba, and Buikwe districts. These locations were selected based on local needs, established relationships, and proximity to our existing operational sites.
Over the past six years
A total of over 2,500,000 tree seedlings have been distributed to rural communities by OTOF, in collaboration with Uganda government agencies and various partners.
